Here you’ll find general information on your policies, including premium rates and related costs. For more detailed information on your policies, you can consult your signed policy document.
Consult your risk acceptance
On this page you’ll find an overview of your credit limits and contract approvals handled by Credendo, along with the status of each risk acceptance, the amount and the type of risk acceptance. Watch the how-to video for a short introduction.
Request a new credit limit

In this section of the Credendo Online application, you can consult all your claim files. You will find information on each individual claim file, including a progress report with financial data, claim documents and claim notes.
View latest invoices
Visit this page to get an overview of your latest invoices, along with the status of each invoice, the amount and the type of invoice. You can even download and print the official invoice document to add to your personal administration.
Check our cover policy
The cover policy module gives you a list of our cover policies for every country in the world. For each country, we clarify if it’s in scope of your policy, if cover is possible and if a risk acceptance is active for this region. Download a document with the last two versions of the cover policy for a country to learn more details.
Manage your quotations
In the policy acquisition module, you can find an overview of your quotations and easily create a new quotation request. Watch the video for step-by-step instructions on how to request a new quotation.
Adjust administrative settings
If you have an administrator account on the Credendo Online application, you can adjust the administrative settings. On this page, you can create users, grant them rights or edit user data.
