On the dashboard of Credendo Online you can …
- Customise your personal view
- Add, move or remove widgets
- Get an overview of Credendo news, your policy information and reports regarding your portfolio
The dashboard page is the first page you see when you log in. You can also reach it via the top navigation bar or by clicking the Credendo logo.
When you first access the dashboard, it will be empty. You can customize it to your preference and add the information you want to see.
You can populate the dashboard of Credendo Online with…
- Quick links
- Credendo news
- An overview of your latest declarations, invoices and risk acceptances
- And reports or statistics regarding your portfolio
To customise your dashboard, simply click the ‘edit dashboard’ button in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
You can now pick and choose the information you want to see on your dashboard.
Simply drag and drop the widgets to add or remove them from your dashboard window.
Among the widgets you can add to your dashboard, there are several useful quick links to different pages of Credendo Online.
The newsflash widget is definitely a must-have to never miss out on the latest Credendo news.
Further down the list, you can select the declarations overview. Add this to your dashboard and your 3 latest declarations of insurance will be automatically shown.
To see the details of a declaration, simply click on it.
Clicking on ‘go to overview’ will show you the full list.
In the same way, you can add an overview of your latest invoices and risk acceptances.
Click on a specific invoice or risk acceptance to see its details.
