Policy Management
In our policy management module, you can find
- general information on your policy
- the specifications of your policy
- as well as the premium rates and related costs of your policy
You can reach the ‘policy management’ page via the top navigation bar.

At the top of this page, you find general information on your policy.
You can select another policy in the drop-down menu (only if you have access to the other policies).

Below this general information, there are 7 additional tables:
- 4 tables with a summary of certain specifications of your policy,
- 2 tables show you the applicable policy premium rates and related costs
- And 1 table provides you with policy statistics in your currency.
You can easily export every table to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking the export button.
Let’s dive in.
The first 4 tables we mentioned give you more information on
- the global undertaking for your policy,
- the type of risks covered,
- the causes of loss covered
- and the percentage of coverage.
Please note that these tables only display certain dimensions used to describe the global undertaking of your policy.

In the following 2 tables you find an overview of the premium rates and different costs associated with your policy.
These include
- the premium rates
- the inquiry costs for new requests
- and the monitoring of your credit limits.
The final table contains some policy statistics in your currency.

At the bottom of the page you find the contractual documents for this policy.
Here, you can download the ‘specifications list’ of your policy. This list contains all the policy details and gives you a clear view of the most important conditions of your policy.
Finally, you can request changes to your policy by clicking the ‘request change’ button.
