View declarations of threat of loss
In the declaration module, you can…
- find an overview of pending and submitted declarations for insurance
- see a list of declarations of threats of loss
- create a new declaration for insurance
- and declare a threat of loss
You can reach the ‘declaration’ tab via the top navigation bar.
Scroll down to the 3rd table for an overview of your declarations of threats of loss.
In this section, you can declare a new threat of loss.
Each threat of loss is linked to a single declaration for insurance line.
The ‘advanced search’ function will help you find the declaration for insurance line for which you want to report a threat of loss.
After selecting the declaration for insurance line, click the ‘Create threat of loss’ button.
Fill in the threat of loss details and upload the actual invoice.
Click on submit and the new declaration of threat of loss will be listed in the ‘OVERVIEW DECLARED THREAT OF LOSS’ table.
In this overview, select the number of the declared threat of loss you wish to view and open the detail page.
On this page, you’ll find the detail and the status of the declaration of threat of loss.
Finally, you can edit ‘confirmed’ declarations of threat of loss.
A common example is ‘payment update’.
If a debtor has partly or completely paid the amount mentioned in the threat of loss, you can indicate that here.
If a debtor has paid the full debt, Credendo will no longer pursue this claim or debtor.
