Manage your claim files
In the claims module, you can find
- an overview of all your claim files with their status
- general information on each individual claim file
- as well as a more detailed insight into a claim file, including a progress report with financial data, claim documents and claim notes
You can reach the ‘claims’ page via the top navigation bar.

A threat of loss can become a claim file, depending on the policy and its provisions.
Once the claim file is created, it will automatically appear in this overview.
You can sort and filter the claims by clicking on the filter icon next to the column title.

Click on a specific claim file number to view its status and other details.

At the top of the page, you can check
- the claim file status and see the name of your Claims Handler,
- find general information on the claim file
- and on the debt collection status.
To print out this detail page, click on the ‘print page’ button.

On the same page, you can request an indemnification simply by clicking on the ‘request indemnification’ button.
You can also register or withdraw your request for intervention.
On the right side of the page, you see more information on the financial aspects of your claim file together with a progress report.

In the progress report section, you can choose to:
- ‘view all indemnities’,
- ‘view all expenses’
- and ‘view all recoveries’.
These links lead you to a page where you find additional details on these 3 subjects. All the available and related claim documents are stored here for your consultation.

When you scroll down, you can browse through the detailed list of outstanding or paid transactions.
In the next table you can find an overview of the risk acceptances related to this claim file.

At the bottom of the page you find the ‘claim notes’ section. Add a claim note to communicate with your Claims Handler by a simple click on the ‘add claim note’ button.
Under the claim notes you also see the supporting documents section where you can upload documents. Again, a simple click on the ‘uploading documents’ button will do the trick.
