View declarations for insurance
In the declaration module, you can…
- find an overview of pending and submitted declarations for insurance
- create a new declaration for insurance
You can reach the ‘declaration’ tab via the top navigation bar.

The overview page consists of 4 tables.
The pending declarations table contains your draft declarations for insurance that have not yet been submitted.

Below is a list of submitted declarations for insurance. Use the search bar to filter the overview. Click the little arrow on the left to see the different versions of a declaration.

Next, you’ll find an overview of declarations of threats of loss. Click on the DTL number for more detailed information.

At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a sum of all declared amounts and premium per reference period.

Click the ‘NEW DECLARATION FOR INSURANCE’ button at the top right-hand corner of the page to create a new declaration.

Any declaration for insurance starts with the selection of the insured, the year and the period you wish to declare for.
You have two options to declare your business to Credendo.
- Via an Excel upload
- Via a form on the Extranet

The easiest way to make your declaration is by uploading an Excel file. Click on ‘Via Excel upload’ on the bottom of the page to start the process.
Follow these 4 steps:
- download the template;
- fill out the requested information;
- save the template locally;
- upload your file.

You can also add your declaration by filling in the form line by line. You can add lines by clicking on ‘Confirm/add DI line’.
If you click on ‘Send’, the declaration is added to the list of submitted declarations for insurance.
