Credendo supports Belgian exporters on the Belgian economic mission to Guinea
From 12 to 15 October 2026, Credendo is participating in the Belgian economic mission to Guinea, organised by hub.brussels.
Representing Credendo, Erik Vandebroek, Business Development Specialist, is engaging with local companies, financial institutions and public stakeholders. He is also supporting participating Belgian exporters, including DEME, Jan De Nul, Frisomat and De Smet Engineers & Contractors, to explore and develop business opportunities in the Guinean market.
Highlights of the Belgian economic mission to Guinea:
- Guinea offers growing opportunities in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, water and logistics.
- The mission helps Belgian companies strengthen their business relationships and identify new opportunities in the country.
- Credendo provides exporters with valuable insights into Guinea’s economic development priorities and investment opportunities, as well as solutions such as export credit insurance and investment protection.
Earlier this year, Credendo upgraded Guinea’s medium- and long-term political risk classification to category 6, reflecting a more favourable risk environment for exporters and investors.
