Credendo earned the LEADING EMPLOYER quality label

Credendo invests in its people through various initiatives bundled in the Credendo Cares programme. This programme focuses on exercise, healthy food and mental health. When recruiting new employees, Credendo pays special attention to the mix of different cultures, experiences and backgrounds. All new staff members get a warm welcome in our onboarding programme and support throughout their careers.

These efforts resulted in the LEADING EMPLOYER quality label, which Credendo received in November 2023. The award is presented by the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation and is reserved exclusively for the top 1% of employers in each country. The institute’s advisory board – which consists of specialists from the academic and business world – supervises and advises on awarding the label.

For this independent meta-study a broad spectrum of 40,000 Belgian companies was analysed, based on information found in 200 qualitative and quantitative data sources. The study therefore considers an objective and complete image of the company as an employer: not only employee satisfaction, but also many other aspects such as diversity, attractiveness, well-being, careers page, social media visibility, job content, etc.

Finally, 415 leading employers met the selection criteria and Credendo was one of them. This award places Credendo in the top 1% of best employers in Belgium, with a high employee satisfaction score and a very good recommendation rate. This is the recognition of our commitment to creating a pleasant and stimulating working environment where employees grow and develop in a sustainable way. Moreover, this label will only push Credendo to become an even better employer.
