Credendo is a LEADING EMPLOYER in 2024 as well!

For the second year in a row, Credendo has been recognised as one of the top 1% employers in Belgium. We received the LEADING EMPLOYERS Quality Label 2024, presented by the Institute of Research & Data Aggregation.

Through its holistic meta-study, the institute identifies the best employers in the world and helps them to become even stronger and more attractive. It takes into account a large spectrum of topics, such as employee experience, diversity, well-being and recruitment performance.

Alicia Da Silva Ribeiro, Talent Management Specialist at Credendo, proudly accepted the award on Credendo’s behalf at the LEADING EMPLOYERS 2024 awards ceremony on 12 September at Docks in Brussels. This year, no less than 50,000+ companies have been analysed. We obtained high scores for our employee satisfaction, which results in employees staying with the company longer. We also ranked high in benefits, such as home working, health management and career opportunities.
