Short-term political risk and commercial risk: Further downgrades due to global recession induced by covid-19 pandemic

As the covid-19 health and economic shock further deteriorates countries’ external liquidity and the business environment on a world scale, Credendo reviewed its short-term political risk and commercial risk classifications for all countries. This led to 8 additional downgrades for the short-term political risk and 53 for the commercial risk. An overview of all countries that were downgraded can be found in the tables below.
