Results of the 2022 Export Barometer
Expected export growth despite difficult business environment
For the seventh year in a row, Credendo, in cooperation with Trends-Tendances, organised a survey in which almost 900 companies participated. This year’s focus was on the war in Ukraine, soaring energy prices and high inflation.
Political risk has returned to the fore in 2022, with increased use of credit insurance services as a result. In spite of this difficult environment, two in three Belgian export businesses expect their export activities to grow in the next few years.
