Rely partners with Credendo and Bpifrance to push green hydrogen projects forward

Credendo – Export Credit Agency and Bpifrance Assurance Export have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Rely, the joint venture created in November 2023 by Technip Energies and John Cockerill to develop large-scale green hydrogen and Power-to-X production solutions. This MOU aims to support Rely’s clients by providing attractive project financing and to strengthen Rely’s position and competitiveness.

By offering insurance, co-insurance or reinsurance that cover up to 95% of potential losses from commercial and political risks, Credendo and Bpifrance will make it easier for commercial banks to lend at competitive rates to these projects that contribute to decarbonising industries and transportation.
