The Credendo Green Package celebrates a successful first year

The Credendo Green Package was granted for the first time in July 2022.

One year later, it can be said that its success is confirmed: Credendo was contacted for over 80 business opportunities leading to 46 applications for insurance cover or funding solutions.
We provided support for a total amount of EUR 1.21 billion for transactions that have a positive impact on the environment.

As a reminder, the Credendo Green Package, it is a percentage of cover at 98% of the total amount, a participation at 80% in financial guarantees, flexibility in the Belgian content of the projects, an extension of repayment terms for the funding solution, etc.

This support has been predominantly granted to Belgian exporters active in solar energy, offshore and onshore wind, hydrogen projects, drinking water installation and new technologies, and strengthens Credendo’s commitment to sustainable transition.
