New members of Credendo – Export Credit Agency’s Board of Directors

Mid-February, a page was turned in the governance of Credendo – Export Credit Agency as the composition of the Board of Directors was modified.

Member Ms Claire Tillekaerts and substitute member Mr Jeroen Overmeer were replaced. Credendo wishes to thank them for their work on the Board of Directors and for their support to the projects and activities of our organisation throughout their mandate.
Their successors Mr Pascal Walrave and Mr Philippe Nys were appointed from among circles closely involved in the promotion of foreign trade, upon the proposal of the Flemish Government, and for the remainder of the current five-year term.

These replacements mark the second change within the composition of the Board of Directors in a short period of time. In the end of 2022, Mr Jan Van de Poel, substitute member for Mr Joris Totté, representative of the Minister of Development Cooperation, was replaced by Ms Nathalie Maelfait, upon the proposal of the Minister of Development Cooperation. Credendo also expresses its thanks to Mr Jan Van de Poel for his work on the Board of Directors.
