Greater Changhua 4

Project description: Greater Changhua offshore wind farms are four wind farm sites located off the coast of Changhua. While 900MW Greater Changhua 1 (605,2MW) & 2a (294,8MW) are already under construction, Greater Ghanghua 2B (337,1MW) & 4 offshore wind farms are to be developed in the future. This transaction is related to.the Greater Changhua 4 project, a 582,9MW offshore wind farm.

Project description: The project concerns the construction (phase I) of the Olounou-Oveng road (70 km) in the South Region of Cameroon, linking Cameroon to Gabon. The works include road widening and asphalting; installation of concrete gutters; construction of 72 small bridges (‘dalots’); construction of 13 bridges; and installation of signage. The project promoter is the Government of Cameroon, represented by the Ministry of Public Works (MINTP).

The project will consist of two farms where one will be for parent stocks rearing for hatchery eggs production and a second farm will be for broiler chicken rearing for meat production. In addition, the project will also consist of a hatchery for eggs incubation, a slaughterhouse, a feed mill plant for production of poultry feed, a meat processing plant and supporting facilities.
