Our CSR report 2022 is available online!

In such uncertain times, our priority remains to ensure that we continue to fulfil our mission of supporting our clients in their international trade activities and protecting their businesses against commercial and political risks. How we do this is as at least as important as our financial numbers! That is what our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report will tell you in detail. You will find information and data related to the aspects of our mission, governance, strategy, commitments, obligations and concrete initiatives to support an inclusive and resilient economy and above all, a global transition to a more sustainable future.
 
This report details our commitments and our actions to increase our positive impact on society. The focus thereof can lie on the outside, as is the case for our policy regarding our support for the energy transition, or the Credendo Green Package, by which we offer more favourable conditions to support projects and companies that have a positive impact on the environment and on society. Besides these, we try to decrease the impacts of our day-to-day internal activities as well. We do so, among others, by raising awareness among our staff and strengthening ESG scoring and criteria in our financial investment portfolio. Our efforts to reduce our CO2 emissions for over a decade have since 2019 also been rewarded with a CO2 neutral label for our headquarters.
 
As we continue to work on ourselves and our impact, we often go beyond our legal or regulatory requirements and sustainability has become a key theme throughout our strategic plan ‘Rise’, launched in 2022. We aim to be a responsible corporate citizen and are therefore pleased to be able to present you our CSR report 2022.
