We are part of Credendo Group, the fourth largest group of European credit insurers with 100 years of history, specializing in various areas of credit insurance in fifteen European countries.
 
We are looking for a new colleague on a position of Claims Specialist to join our Claims team in Warsaw.

What will you do?

• manage your own portfolio of insurance claims from the point of view of claims settlement and debt recovery
• actively communicate with clients, brokers, colleagues, lawyers and other partners decide about the  amounts of reserves for insurance cases
• handle insurance claims and make decisions on the payment of the indemnity
• coordinate claims from the point of view of the collection strategy
• you will have the opportunity to become familiar with the connection between the real economy and law

What do we expect from you? 

• University degree or final-year student (preferred in insurance, banking, finance, economics, law)
• Good command of English language (knowledge of another foreign language is an additional assets)
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications
• Reliability, responsibility, diligence, patience, good communication skills
• Proactivity and sense of detail
